Part One: Limited Edition Residences | Miami Beach

Since pictures speak a thousand words.. I'm going to give you as many fabulous pictures as I can find of each residence... could be four to six thousand words!

This is the Miami Beach Edition Residence - located in none other than Miami Beach.

These residences go for around $3000 a square foot and were developed by Ian Schrager X Marriot.

Not a bad way to unload a lot of money.

Luxury homes are becoming increasingly common as people are working harder to attain more glamorous lifestyles.. so the ultra rich need a new niche.

A lot of these homes and residences have hotel style amenities which simplifies living. 

Boutique hôteliers  have a new hobby.. boutique residences.

My Birthday!

Year after year we tend to have the same sort of Birthday parties.

As you get older.. some will say that their birthdays get more exciting and others claim that they fade away.

I, however, believe in changing it up.. on a regular basis so it never fades.

Its lovely to have a dinner with friends and family but don't forget to treat yourself to something fab!

Like my trip to Miami, FL for my birthday this year!
