My dream home already exists.. I feel no need to change anything in it or about it.. this is the home for me. Living in Vancouver is pricey but this home is worth every single penny (and works as motivation) because one day it shall be mine. It's only worth a cool $11.8 Mil (no big deal or anything). Love it!
OMG! $11.8 million? That's a really expensive house, it even has its own wine cellar! But beauty comes with a price, and this house is very pricey indeed. Always believe that you'll get to have this house someday. Have you considered loaning? Did you apply for a mortgage loan already? It'll help you achieve your dream house for sure.

Given the extravagance, it’s no surprise that the price of this house is around 7 figures. Though I agree that it will be worth every penny, and I could totally see why this is your dream house. For now, it may be just a dream, but who knows, right? With a bit of hard work, a little aid in the financial department, and perhaps a stroke of luck, you’ll get to have this dream house in the future.
