These residences go for around $3000 a square foot and were developed by Ian Schrager X Marriot.

Not a bad way to unload a lot of money.

I don't know about you.. but I am trying to make summer last forever by redecorating.. and I am in looove with this bedroom!

Such a warm cottage, vacation type feel makes you feel like you're REALLY home.
